The rules for using the Calm the Quiet Veteran Navigator.
The Navigator is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. For the Veterans Crisis Line, call 988 and press 1, or text 838255.
These terms apply to everyone who uses the Calm the Quiet Veteran Navigator, run by Calm the Quiet Foundation ("Calm the Quiet," "we," "us"). By using the Navigator or creating an account, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
The Navigator is a directory. It helps you find organizations and resources that may be able to help. Calm the Quiet does not provide the services listed, and nothing on the Navigator is medical, legal, financial or benefits advice.
Listings come from the organizations themselves and from public information. A listing marked Verified means Calm the Quiet has reviewed that organization's information and documents. Other listings have not been verified. We work to keep listings accurate, but programs, eligibility, hours and costs change. Confirm the details with the organization before you rely on them.
Some organizations pay for placement in the Sponsored Partners section of search results. Sponsored listings are always labeled. Payment does not make an organization verified, and it is not an endorsement or a guarantee of results.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
If you list an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it, that the information and documents you provide are accurate and genuine, and that you will keep the listing up to date. We review every listing and may approve, edit for clarity, decline, suspend or remove a listing at our discretion.
A Community Listing is free. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. When a paid plan is cancelled, the listing keeps its paid features until the end of the period already paid for, then returns to a Community Listing. Payments for a period that has started are not refunded.
Donations are voluntary and help keep the Navigator free for Veterans and families. If you made a donation by mistake, contact us and we will work with you to correct it. Whether a donation is tax-deductible depends on your circumstances and our tax status. Your receipt will include the details you need.

If a listing is wrong, out of date or unsafe, use the report link on that listing. We review every report.
The Navigator's design, text and logo belong to Calm the Quiet or the people who licensed them to us. Photographs are credited at the bottom of each page. Organizations keep ownership of their listing content and give us permission to display it on the Navigator.
Listings link to websites run by other organizations. We are not responsible for their content, services or privacy practices.
The Navigator is provided as is and as available. To the extent Colorado law allows, Calm the Quiet does not guarantee that listings are complete, accurate or current, or that the Navigator will always be available, and is not liable for any loss that results from using the Navigator or the services of a listed organization.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top, and we will tell account holders by email about significant changes. Continuing to use the Navigator after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
